In the long historic course of ceramics, the invention of jiaozhi ceramic is the most important achievement of Han ceramics, under the influence of “blue and white ” in Tang dynasty, export in Qing dynasty, the popularity of low-tempered glaze that influenced by colored glaze of Jingde town of Jiangxi, shanxi colored glaze and colored enamels introduced from the western countries, it gradually developed to colored Jiaozhi ceramics based on the early three and five-colored ceramics. Jiaozi ceramics have gained most attentions in the French exhibition, reputed as the Chinese folk treasure by foreigners. As the relationship of the Straits is more open, this craft lost in Guangdong and found in Taiwan returns to its birth place, with the effort of cultural institutes, more and more people are fond of this traditional art—jiaozi ceramics.
